What kind of packaging do you use?
- Boxes – Our boxes are 100% post-consumer and post-industrial content (they contain absolutely no virgin fiber content), fully recyclable and biodegradable, and made in the USA.
- Bags – We use compostable courier satchels also known as “Real Dirt Bags.” These are bio-based (partly made from plants), and look, feel, and behave almost exactly like plastic…except when disposed of. They are completely biodegradable and compostable, with no toxic residues (or micro-plastics)!
Who is Nimiq and what’s up with the Kindhumans partnership with Nimiq?
- Nimiq is the cryptocurrency native to the Web. It’s key differentiator from Bitcoin is that the Nimiq Blockchain uses state-of-the-art technology that enables users to transact on the blockchain directly from their browser without requiring technical knowledge of installing and configuring software.
- In wanting to “give back”, Kindhumans’ and Nimiq’s spirits are well aligned. Since its conception, Nimiq has been built with the mindset of helping others through the creation of a better kind of money. As part of this effort, Nimiq supported a proposal on bringing cryptocurrencies for day-to-day transactions to communities disconnected from the global banking system, giving them the ability to transact with the world without needing to rely on a middleman. - To further manifest the spirit of “giving back”, Nimiq has immutably committed 2% of the total coin supply to supporting good cause initiatives with high social or ecological impact.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Your experience is important to us and we hope to make it right. Purchases are potentially eligible for return within 30 days from the ship date with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Personal care items & cosmetics
- Final sales items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. If you are unhappy with a particular item that was not damaged or defective please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days from the ship date.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of your return item. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. All returns and/or refunds will be approved at Kindhumans’ sole discretion.
After packaging your return item carefully along with your receipt or proof of purchase, please mail them to:

We will notify you when we have received your return package. Once the condition of your item has been reviewed, we will notify you of your return status.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The time it takes for your refund to appear may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
