Gift Kindness this Season

You made it – it’s finally the holidays and almost the end of one of the most challenging and surreal years of our lifetimes. 

2020 has definitely given us everything we can and handle and more, but we’ve also grown stronger, learned a ton about the strength of ourselves and each other, and most importantly, it’s been a year full of love and kindness. Neighbors donated to food banks to feed families in their communities. Nurses worked around the clock to care for the sick. Firefighters risked their lives to save homes and people. Friends and family attended birthday parties, baby showers, and graduation celebrations on Zoom, to make sure their loved ones still felt special. 

Money and material things aren’t necessary for showing kindness, but it’s a great feeling to give a loved one a gift you know they will enjoy, and it feels even better when you know that gift was made sustainably, supported a cause, or created a job.
