Coconut oil is one sassy soul. One minute coconut oil is hard like butter, the next flowing like water. The melting point is 76 degrees, so if it’s solid, warm your jar in your hands or run under warm water. If you would prefer a lotion-like consistency, toss it in the fridge for a few minutes.
It is coconut oil’s natural state to react differently to varying temperatures, and nothing has been added nor taken away. We have unconditional love for this little miracle and even support its mood…we mean consistency changes. We promise it’s worth it!

I haven’t actually tried to eat it yet but I’m pretty sure I could. I do, however, put Conscious Coconut oil in my hair every day after showering. The oil works great as a natural de-frizzer. An added bonus is how good it smells. I couldn’t recommend this product enough – great stuff!
I have eczema and this is my life saver when my skin starts acting up! I also have curly hair and use it when it gets dry at the ends. and if my lips are extra chapped I throw it on them too! my skin is extremely sensitive so this conscious choice is the perfect solution to my problems!
