For a quick clean:
When you’re out and about, run it under a bathroom sink, wipe it with a napkin, or just giving it a good licking.
For a deep clean:
Your cutlery is dishwasher safe, but the case is not and should be hand washed only. To handwash your cutlery, grab some dish soap, turn on the hot water and give it a good rub down. Be sure to pull it apart, so the inside silicon lining gets clean as well. Rinse with hot water and let air dry.
