HOLIDAY NOTICE: As you may already be aware, carriers are experiencing high volumes at this time of year, and delays in transit time are possible. While we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date, we recommend ordering by the following dates to provide the best chance for delivery before Dec. 25th:

  • Standard Shipping: Dec. 14th, 2023
  • 2-Day Shipping: Dec. 19th, 2023
  • Overnight Shipping: Dec. 20th, 2023

INTERNATIONAL & OVERSEAS TERRITORIES NOTICE: We are unable to ship internationally or to overseas U.S. territories at this time. We are working on a solution to resume this service as soon as possible. Thanks for your understanding!

Our Packaging
Boxes – Our boxes are 100% post-consumer and post-industrial content (they contain absolutely no virgin fiber content), fully recyclable and biodegradable, and made in the USA.

Bags – We use compostable courier satchels also known as “Real Dirt Bags.” These are bio-based (partly made from plants) and look, feel, and behave almost exactly like plastic…except when disposed of. They are completely biodegradable and compostable, with no toxic residues (or micro-plastics!).

 

Shipping
Shipping is calculated at the time of order based on the weight and the destination address. The shipping cost varies with each shipping destination.

We offer free carbon-neutral shipping on all orders!

 

Standard Shipping
All U.S. addresses. Delivery in approx. 2-5 business days. We ship Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Please note: Orders placed by 11:30AM PST/PDT will usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11:30AM PST/PDT will generally ship the next business day. Delivery to Alaska and Hawai’i may take an additional 1-3 business days.

Please note: sticker packs ship within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Sticker packs will ship internationally.

 

Overnight Shipping
All U.S. addresses. Delivery overnight, excluding weekend deliveries. We ship overnight via FedEx Standard Overnight, which delivers the next business day. We ship Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Please note: Orders placed by 11:30AM PST/PDT will usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11:30AM PST/PDT will generally ship the next business day. Delivery to Alaska and Hawai’i may take an additional 1-3 business days.

 

Freight Forwarders
Kindhumans does not ship to freight forwarders under any circumstances.

Duties, taxes and other fees are the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees will be due at the time of delivery. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and Kindhumans will not refund the abandoned order, including any applicable shipping charges.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help! Your experience is important to us and we will do our best to make it right. Purchases are potentially eligible for return within 30 days from the ship date with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at [email protected] with any questions or concerns regarding your purchase.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Personal care items & cosmetics
  • Final sales items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. If you are unhappy with a particular item that was not damaged or defective please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days from the ship date.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of your return item. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non­refundable. All returns and/or refunds will be approved at Kindhumans’ sole discretion.

After packaging your return item carefully along with your receipt or proof of purchase, please mail them to:

We will notify you when we have received your return package. Once the condition of your item has been reviewed, we will notify you of your return status.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The time it takes for your refund to appear may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
