Founded in 2019, Alpine Shrine is on a mission to provide adventurers with an eco-conscious skincare alternative. Founders of Alpine Shrine enjoy climbing, biking, skiing, fishing, sailing, surfing, hiking, kayaking, and just spending time in the great outdoors. They know how easily dry and damaged skin can ruin a fun time or a serious adventure.
Most off-the-shelf skincare products were inadequate when combating the elements, often creating a vicious cycle when treating dry skin. The founders of Alpine Shrine also noticed the congestion of packaging waste, made from materials like plastic, glass, and metal, that is permeating the environment and water we drink. Driven by their love for the wild, they decided to develop a skincare company that aims to rescue dry skin and mother nature.

All-Season Balm
Materials
The jar is made from Sulapac, a material composed of wood and plant-based binders. It is 100% biodegradable and leaves no microplastics behind.
Ingredients
Cera alba (beeswax), prunus amygdalus dulcis oil (sweet almond oil), theobroma cacao seed butter (cocoa butter), cocos nucifera (coconut oil), canarium indicum seed oil (nangai oil), and calophyllum tacamahaca seed oil (tamanu oil).
This product contains nut-based oils.

Instructions
Remove the balm from the jar and apply it liberally on any area of the skin that needs moisturizing or alleviation from dryness. This product is for external use only.

What to do when you’re done
Your Alpine Shrine All-Season Balm, jar, and labels will all biodegrade within 3-4 months when processed through an industrial composting facility.
Not to worry, if kept at room temperature (or below), this product’s shelf-life is estimated to be about 3 years!
